For this limited drop, Refraction, an artist-owned network of music, art and culture enthusiasts in collaboration with Harmony-NY to produce a limited edition custom piece to mark an all-night sonic session at Public Records on April 4th 2024 in NYC.

Designed and printed locally, Harmony-NY is envisioned to be a new way of organizing a streetwear label, described as a New York headquartered streetwear label run by a ‘global creative collective’.
This drop brings together themes across fashion, music and culture and houses it into a timeless band style drop capturing local makership and talent that thrives in a city like New York.

Taking over two floors at Public records, Refraction and partners Towns and ALLSHIPS curate a line up of international visual artists and esteemed DJs including UK-based DJ and producer Benji B with a support line up from local NYC based talent, 063N13 and Athena Yasaman.

Public Records opened its doors in April 2018 and has since become a prominent fixture in Brooklyn's vibrant nightlife scene. Known for its unique design and high-quality sound system.
